Jim works as hard as anyone to make sure the carpet gets clean. He moves very slowly and shifts only a few inches with each stroke. By the end of the job he has worked up quite a sweat, but we see stuff come out that other cleaners couldn't make a dent on.

We have white carpets, and we love to take pictures during the process to see the stark difference between before and after.

We've used Nelsons 5 times, for our house and our office, and we'll continue using them for a long time.
