Candle Wax

Scrape off as much as possible using a rubber spatula or the back side of a butter knife.
Place a piece of paper bag over the wax.
Put an old rag over the paper bag, use an old rag becase it might get melted wax on it.
Use an iron on low and go over the rag repeatedley. this will cause the wax to melt and get absorbed into the paper bag.
